Seahawks NFL Draft Tracker: Every Pick, Trade, and Instant Grade

In this story:
The Seattle Seahawks' 2026 NFL Draft is officially upon us and the team is excited to add some new members in hopes of repeating as Super Bowl champions in the upcoming campaign.
Since the Seahawks enter this draft with only four selections, the team is expected to get creative on the trade market in hopes of walking away with more rookies than selections they had coming into the weekend.
Look for general manager John Schneider to be busy on the phones in hopes of acquiring more picks throughout the weekend, especially in the middle rounds since there is nearly a 100-pick gap between their third and fourth picks over the course of the weekend.

Seattle Seahawks Pick Inventory Going Into The Draft
Round | Overall Pick | Origin | Goal |
|---|---|---|---|
1 | No. 32 | Own | Trade back candidate |
2 | No. 64 | Own | Secondary or EDGE help |
3 | No. 96 | Own | Running back, special teams help |
6 | No. 188 | via CLE | Special teams prospect |
Day 1: Thursday, April 23 (Round 1)
Pick No. 32: Notre Dame RB Jadarian Price
Grade: B-
The Seahawks get Price, who fills a big need at running back, but they could have traded back into the second round to acquire more picks. Five of the last six picks were traded in the first round, but the Seahawks couldn't find a suitor for a deal.
They ultimately go with the second-best running back in the draft, getting Price to lead the backfield next to Zach Charbonnet when he recovers from his torn ACL.
Day 2: Friday, April 24 (Rounds 2-3)
Pick No. 64: TCU DB Bud Clark
Grade: B
The Seahawks, once again, go for a big need in the secondary with versatile defensive back Bud Clark, who can play multiple spots in the secondary.
This is another lower-grade pick because it may have been considered a reach. Clark was widely viewed as a mid-round pick in mock drafts around the internet, and he may have been available when the Seahawks were back on the clock at No. 96.
Pick No. 96: Traded to Pittsburgh Steelers for Nos. 99, 216
Grade: A
The Seahawks pick up an additional pick on Day 3 to move back just three spots. With only four picks coming into the weekend, the Seahawks needed to make a trade back at some point during the draft. They get that here and will likely be able to get the player they wanted at No. 99 while also picking up the final pick in the sixth round.
Pick No. 99: Arkansas CB Julian Neal
Grade: B
The Seahawks get a potential Reek-Woolin replacement with Neal, who had 47 tackles and two interceptions in the 2025 campaign with the Arkansas Razorbacks. Neal is expected to be the backup behind Devon Witherspoon and Josh Jobe in the cornerback room. It fills a need and gets the Seahawks closer to where they want to be.
Day 3: Saturday, April 25 (Rounds 4-7)
Pick No. 148: Iowa G Beau Stephens (trade with Cleveland Browns)
Grade: B
The Seahawks felt the pressure of not having a Day 3 pick until round 6, and they needed to address the depth of the offensive line. Some attributes make Beau Stephens a potential starter as a rookie, but he has raw characteristics that need to be tuned up. Stephens can take a year to develop and take right guard when Anthony Bradford leaves for free agency next offseason.
Pick No. 199: Kansas WR Emmanuel Henderson Jr. (trade with NYJ)
Grade: C
Henderson has upside as a special teams players, potentially replacing Dareke Young, but wide receiver is already a stacked position for Seattle heading into 2026. He may end up on the practice squad due to limited room, but he could be a surprise on the offensive end in training camp. Either way, it's unlikely we see too much from Henderson this season.
Pick No. 236: Toledo CB Andre Fuller (trade with Green Bay Packers)
Grade: A
At this point in the draft, the Seahawks are grabbing depth pieces they don't want to risk losing in rookie undrafted free agency. Fuller is one of those, and he'll have a chance to compete with Neal and the team's other veteran depth pieces for playing time in his first season.
Pick No. 242: Minnesota NT Deven Eastern (from Buffalo Bills via Cleveland Browns and NYJ)
Grade: C+
It's tough to give lower grades at this point, as we're no longer evaluating premium draft talent. Eastern is a raw talent who will need time to develop, but could be a solid stash option on the practice squad. The Seahawks have a fair bit of depth in the middle of the defensive line, providing stiff competition for Eastern.
Picks: No. 255
