In this story:

The 2026 NFL Draft is finally here.

And in this year's rendition of a storied day, the Cleveland Browns have two picks: No. 6 and No. 24. While that may end up changing as speculation continues to rise on what the team will end up doing, there are plenty of talented players that the Browns will look to snatch up.

This year's draft will begin at 8:00 p.m. EST on Thursday, April 23, from Acrisure Stadium and Point State Parkin Pittsburgh. The three-day draft continues with the second and third rounds on April 24, and fourth through seventh rounds occurring on April 25.

Follow along with this LIVE thread that will continue to update with the latest decisions that come from the Browns' front office.

The Cleveland Browns Have Selected TE Carsen Ryan (Day 3)

Grade: B

Analysis: With the Browns' final pick in the 2026 NFL Draft, the front office decided to pick up yet another tight end to add to an already talented room, spotlighted by Harold Fannin Jr.

Like Royer, Ryan will compete for the back-up and No. 3 role in the tight end room. Being so young, he will have an uphill climb, but he has the background experience to show for how effective he can be.

After playing at UCLA for two campaigns, Ryan jumped to Utah and BYU for one season each. Across four campaigns of college ball, he recorded 74 receptions for 1,020 yards and seven touchdowns.

The Cleveland Browns Have Selected QB Taylen Green (Day 3)

Grade: B+

Analysis: There's a high chance that Green ends up having a dual-threat type of career like Terrelle Pryor, whose versatility led to him being a multi-tool for the Browns. Multiple deep dives into his athletic profile have him listed as the top physically talented quarterback in this year's draft.

"My size and my athletic ability, my arm strength and just my versatility that's what I'm bringing to the quarterback room," Green said after being drafted. "It's a deep quarterback room, and I'm just excited to compete and get out there and to learn. They got experience, a lot of experience, especially Deshaun in the NFL. So, I'm just going to take everything in and hit the ground running and just be excited and put my best foot forward and get to work. So, I'm just glad for the opportunity."

He joins an already big quarterback room with Dillon Gabriel, Shedeur Sanders and Deshaun Watson all competing for time at the position come next fall.

Green spent the last two seasons with Arkansas, throwing for 5,868 yards and 34 touchdowns.

The Cleveland Browns Have Selected TE Joe Royer (Day 3)

Grade: B

Analysis: Royer being selected in the fifth round makes sense.

The Browns need to add a bit more talent to the tight end room to take the sole pressure off of Harold Fannin Jr. this upcoming campaign.

Royer has great size and a good feel on the ball, both of which were evident in his playing days at the University of Cincinnati. While there, he hauled in 79 receptions for 937 yards and seven touchdowns across two seasons.

Outside of Fannin Jr., the tight end room sees Jack Stoll, Blake Whiteheart and Brendan Bates all competing for a roster spot this offseason.

The Cleveland Browns Have Selected LB Justin Jefferson (Day 3)

Grade: B+

Analysis: With Jeremiah Owusu-Koramoah still questionable to return to the team in 2026, the front office needed to continue adding bodies to the linebacker room.

Carson Schwesinger had an incredible campaign in his rookie season, and the addition of Quincy Williams in free agency only makes the room better. Now, Jefferson has a chance to make an immediate impact as well.

He played for three seasons at Alabama, recording nearly 150 tackles, 13 for a loss, five sacks, one interception, six pass deflections and three forced fumbles. He comes to Cleveland with that all-around-type talent that the Browns always seem to look for.

The Cleveland Browns Have Selected C Parker Brailsford (Day 3)

Grade: A

Analysis: Cleveland has been trying to add more and more depth up front.

And while the front office made additions to the outside spots for the first two days of the draft, they finally decided to head inward and bring in a center. Brailsford began his college career at Washington, starting 13 games at center and two at right guard. He then transferred to Alabama, starting all 27 games played at center across two seasons.

He allowed just 10 pressures in the pass game last year, including one sack and two hits.

While he is a Day 3 selection and will likely not start to begin 2026, he will be a nice depth piece at center for a team that is still trying to find its new identity up front.

The Cleveland Browns Have Selected OT Austin Barber (Day 2)

Grade: B

Anaylsis: The Browns needed to add more talent to the offensive line, and it didn't hurt bringing in a guy like Barber. He doesn't jump off the sheet, but that might be better for him in the long-run as pressure won't hold him back.

After trading down from No. 74, it was hard to believe the Browns were going to jump back into the mix on Day 2, but they seem to like something in Barber.

He has been up and down throughout his college career, but what he does have is good hands. He mirrors the opposition well on the line and keeps his feet moving the other direction.

He will pair up with Spencer Fano, who was taken with the No. 9 selection.

The Cleveland Browns Have Selected S Emmanuel McNeil-Warren (Day 2)

Grade: B+

Analysis: McNeil-Warren was highly touted heading into the draft, and somehow, he fell to the Browns at No. 54.

However, they wouldn't have gotten him unless they traded up, initially owning No. 70.

The decision to select McNeil-Warren, a 6'3", 201-pound stud safety, comes after the Browns realized they needed to add a second option to the safety position alongside Grant Delpit.

He can make tackles and force the ball loose. He had 212 total tackles in college, all while recorded 13 pass deflections, eigtht forced fumbles and five interceptions.

The Cleveland Browns Have Selected WR Denzel Boston (Day 2)

Grade: A+

Analysis: The Browns decided to add a perfect No. 2 to Concepcion, solidifying the team's future one-two punch at wideout.

Boston, a big-bodied presence, is going to slot in nicely alongside Jerry Jeudy, Isaiah Bond and Cedric Tillman. All three of them will now be in an even more competitive wide receiver room, with Boston and Concepcion itching to start come Week 1.

Boston concluded his career with 1,781 receiving yards and 20 total touchdowns, with a bulk of his work coming in his senior season. That year, he hauled in 11 scores.

The Cleveland Browns Have Selected WR KC Concepcion (10:20 p.m. EST)

Grade: A+

Analysis: It was bound to happen.

The Browns needed to add talent to the wide receiver room, especially after last year's struggles on the offensive side of the ball. Adding a player like Concepcion, after Carnell Tate and Jordyn Tyson went early in the draft, is the perfect way to address an obvious need.

Concepcion statistically dealt with some of the worst quarterback play last season compared to the other wideouts that are expected to be taken in the draft. He had an off-target rate of 42% on throws of 15+ air yards. If he is able to get open, and finally get quarterbacks to put the ball in the basket, he will have a chance to show the rest of the league why they shouldn't have passed up on him.

Last season, he posted 919 yards and nine touchdowns on 61 receptions.

He's ranked the 12th-best player in the class by CBS.

The Cleveland Browns Have Selected OT Spencer Fano (9:00 P.M. EST)

Grade: A-

Analysis: It's hard to be upset with the Browns taking an offensive lineman, especially with how weak the position group was last season.

The Browns took Utah's Fano because he can play both left and right tackle, providing versatility to the team's line. He also worked out at center. He will be a great addition to a line that was already beefed up a bit in free agency.

The decision to select Fano comes following wideouts Carnell Tate and Jordyn Tyson coming off the board at the No. 4 and No. 8 spots. If the Browns had stayed at six, Tyson could've been potentially a selection, but instead, they moved out to get extra picks later in the draft.

The Cleveland Browns Have Traded Back in the First Round (8:43 p.m. EST)

The Browns decided to move back in the draft, giving the No. 6 pick to the Kansas City Chiefs in exchange for the No. 9 pick, pick No. 74 and pick No. 148. The Chiefs ended up selecting cornerback Mansoor Delane, who the Browns certainly were not thinking of taking.

This decision comes following the Tennessee Titans' decision to take wideout Carnell Tate with the No. 4 selection.

How to Watch this Year's Draft

The first round of the draft is set to be broadcast on ABC, ESPN, ESPN Deportes and the NFL Network, giving viewers various ways to tune into the exciting night.

The first round, set for April 23, will begin at 8:00 p.m. EST.

What are the Browns' Biggest Needs?

Heading into the draft, plenty of eyes have been on what the Browns are going to do, especially with the front office recently moving on from head coach Kevin Stefanski. In his place, the organization brought in Todd Monken.

So far, all offseason, the Browns have focused on making moves to bolster the offense, specifically the offensive line. They signed veterans Zion Johnson, a left guard, and Elgton Jenkins, also a guard, to help make up for a strugglesome group the team had up front last year.

They also acquired Tytus Howard from the Houston Texans in a trade as well.

With that in mind, it is safe to say the Browns will likely target a playmaker on the offensive side of the ball in the first round. Wideouts Carnell Tate and Jordyn Tyson are the two obvious options, but Cleveland could go any direction.

They will likely still end up drafting a few offensive linemen to increase general depth, but there is an obvious hole at wide receiver.

Defensively, they could target an edge rusher to add more talent on the line with two-time Defensive Player of the Year Myles Garrett, or bolster the linebacker and safety rooms. Both of those two are already pretty strong, but adding in another fresh, youthful face may still be in the picture.

As always, the discussion surrounding a potential quarterback has popped up from time to time, but there hasn't been much smoke coming out of Berea just yet to warrant too much mental space.
