The Buffalo Bills built a 10-member draft class over the course of three days in Pittsburgh.

It started with Clemson edge rusher TJ Parker's selection at No. 35 overall, and it ended with Texas A&M offensive guard Ar'maj Reed-Adams 206 picks later. From Thursday through Saturday, the Bills traded seven times.

10 picks in two days surrounded by seven trades

It wasn't until Round 2, but the Buffalo Bills finally made a pick at the 2026 NFL Draft.

The Bills entered the three-day event with seven selections in their holster, the first being the No. 26 overall pick on Thursday night in Pittsburgh.

“I'm going to have it ranked 1 to 26, like, no matter how the board falls. And no, I don't have anywhere near 26 first-round grades. So, that means I'm going into the second round," said Bills' general manager Brandon Beane on Monday. "I'm going to have it ranked, ready to go, and we'll be ready no matter what. Again, we'll make decisions whether we think trade up, take the pick, or trade back."

Beane took full advantage of the opportunity to trade down in Round 1 and acquire more picks, making three trades as the Bills moved out of the first round altogether. Buffalo also recouped the second-rounder that it sent to the Carolina Panthers for wide receiver DJ Moore.

Fans and media were upset with Beane's continual trading back: "This is My Problem With the Bills Trading Out of the First Round Again" and "Bills GM Brandon Beane Too Smart for His Own Good During 2026 NFL Draft."

The Bills ended opening night with nine selections left to make over the course of Days 2 and 3. They made two picks in Round 2 on Friday and traded away a sixth-rounder in the process.

2026 Bills' instant grades

G Ar'maj Reed-Adams, Texas A&M
Round 7 (No. 241 overall)

The six-year college veteran, who was a freshman in 2020 with Kansas, started the past two seasons on the interior for Texas A&M. Reed-Adams is larger than the average guard, standing nearly 6-foot-6 and weighing 314 pounds. He lacks athleticism and may not be quick enough to effective play guard at the NFL level. Reed-Adams seems more of a practice squad candidate than a candidate for the starting left guard spot vacated by David Edwards. Bills On SI's aletrnate grade by Alex Brasky.

Grade— C

P Tommy Doman, Florida
Round 7 (No. 239 overall)

Doman finished out his collegiate career at Florida following four years with Michigan. He averaged 44.0 yards per punt in 2025, pinning the opponent inside its own 20-yard line on 17 of 50 kicks. While Ryan Eckley and Jack Stonehouse were the two punter names linked to the Bills throughout the pre-draft process, Beane winds up with Doman as competition for veteran Mitch Wishnowsky. Bills On SI's aletrnate grade by Alex Brasky.

Grade— C+

CB Toriano Pride Jr., Missouri
Round 7 (No. 220 overall)

Pride, a Clemson transfer, totaled 52 career appearances in college. Projected as a slot cornerback at the NFL level, Pride possesses elite straight-line speed. He ran 4.32 in the 40-yard dash. No team can ever have enough cornerbacks, and it's worth rolling the dice on one as fast as this Missouri product. Bills On SI's Alex Brasky served up an alternate grade here.

Grade— B

DT Zane Durant, Penn State
Round 5 (No. 181 overall)

Buffalo went defensive tackle with the final selection in Round 5, taking a somewhat undersized prospect from Penn State. The 6-foot-1 Durant was a four-year contributor for the Nittany Lions, making 54 career appearances. Durant has above-average "twitch," but has been knocked for his tendency to get swallowed up by blockers. He projects as a 3-technique in the NFL. Check outan alternate grade fromOn SI's Alex Brasky.

Grade— C+

S Jalon Kilgore, South Carolina
Round 5 (No. 167 overall)

The Bills signed three veteran safeties to one-year contracts earlier this offseason, so Kilgore appears to be a draft-and-develop prospect. NFL Media's Lance Zierlein assigned the South Carolina safety with a Round 2 grade, but he fell all the way to Round 5. Another good value by Beane. On SI's Alex Brasky offered his assessment, too.

Grade — B+

LB Kaleb Elarms-Orr, TCU
Round 4 (No. 126 overall)

Elarms-Orr one one of the more athletic linebackers at the 2026 NFL Combine, registering a 4.47-second 40-yard dash and a 40-inch vertical. He played 26 games for TCU over the past two seasons after transferring from California. His combination of athleticism and experience makes him a good mid-round value at a position of need. Check outBills On SI's alternate instant grade from Alex Brasky.

Grade — B+

WR Skyler Bell, Connecticut
Round 4 (No. 125 overall)

Bell was my top Round 4 target for the Bills, who adds an exciting athlete to the receiving corps. The UConn product, who tested well in Indianapolis (9.82 Relative Athletic Score), recorded seven 100-yard receiving games and 13 TD receptions over 13 games in 2025. Check out Bills On SI'salternate instant grade from Alex Brasky.

Grade — A

LT Jude Bowry, Boston College
Round 4 (No. 102 overall)

Bowry will presumably compete for the Bills' swing tackle role. After Florida's Austin Barber went in Round 3, Beane may have gotten an itch to pull the trigger on the Boston College captain. It's not a sexy pick, but I like the value. Check out Bills On SI's alternate instant gradefrom Alex Brasky.

Grade — A

CB Davison Igbinosun, Ohio State
Round 2 (No. 62 overall)

Beane addressed a position of need for the second time in Round 2, although he may have overpaid for Igbinosun. NFL Media's Daniel Jeremiah did not have the Ohio State cornerback in his Top 150 and Lance Zierlein assigned him a Round 3-4 grade. The 6-foot-2 Igbinosun, who has good 4.45-second spped, was a four-year starter at the Power 4 level. He played one season for Mississippi before transferring to Columbus. Check out Bills On SI's alternate instant grade from Alex Brasky.

Grade — B-

EDGE T.J. Parker, Clemson
Round 2 (No. 35 overall)

Beane addressed a position of need, but he better be sure that Parker was the right choice. The Bills passed on Texas A&M's Cashius Howell and Oklahoma's R Mason Thomas to take the Clemson product. Ohio State defensive tackle Kayden McDonald was also available. Parker would've likely been a first-rounder had his production not dipped in 2025. Check out Bills On SI's alternate instant grade from Alex Brasky.

Grade — B

Punter, Offensive Guard round out Bills' Round 7 selections

Buffalo completed its 10-member draft class by selecting Florida punter Tommy Doman at No. 239 overall and Texas A&M offensive guard Ar'maj Reed-Adams two picks later.

Doman will presumably challenge veteran Mitch Wishnowsky, who re-signed on a one-year contract, for primary punting duties. Reed-Adams will likely vie for a depth role on the interior, but it looks like an uphill battle to earn a roster spot.

Buffalo takes chance on Missouri CB with elite speed at No. 220 overall

The Bills used their first of three seventh-round selection on Missouri cornerback Toriano Pride Jr.

The cornerback's 4.32 speed makes him a good value at this spot in the draft. Pride's 8.40 Relative Athletic Score (RAS) ranked 492nd out of 3,075 CB prospects graded from1987 to 2026.

Bills strike deal with Bears, trade out of Round 6

Call it another trade for good measure?

The Bills sent the No. 213 overall selection to the Chicago Bears for two seventh-rounders (No. 239, 241). Buffalo now has three picks in the final round of the 2026 NFL Draft.

Beane and Co. have completed seven trades since the draft began.

More defense for Bills with Pick No. 181 overall

After selecting an edge rusher, a cornerback, a linebacker and a safety, Buffalo went for a defensive tackle in Round 6.

Penn State's Zane Durant, who has top-tier athleticism, enjoyed a productive collegiate career, but lacks ideal size for a NFL interior lineman.

Buffalo snags South Carolina safety in Round 5, trades following pick

The Bills were due to make back-to-back picks at No. 167 and No. 168 overall in Round 5.

They stopped South Carolina safety Jalon Kilgore's fall with the No. 167 selection. He's the fourth defensive player taken by the Bills thus far.

In the meantime, Buffalo sent Pick No. 168 to the Detroit Lions for the final pick in Round 5 (No. 181) and a Round 6 (No. 213) selection. It was Buffalo's sixth trade in three days.

Bills finally get their off-ball linebacker with No. 126 pick

After two straight offensive picks, Beane went back to defense with his third Round 4 selection.

The Bills drafted Texas Christian linebacker Kaleb Elarms-Orr at No. 126 overall. With only Terrel Bernard, Dorian Williams and Joe Andreessen returning from last year's 53-man roster, the rookie will have a chance to earn important snaps.

Buffalo secures UConn WR Skyler Bell in Round 4

The Bills added an exciting prospect to the receiving corps by selecting Connecticut's Skyler Bell at No. 125 overall.

Buffalo scouts attended Bell's Pro Day where he ran an impressive 4.40-second 40-yard dash and a 6.65-second 3-cone drill.

Potential Ryan Van Demark replacement drafted by Bills at No. 102 overall

The Bills made the second pick in Round 4, selecting Boston College offensive tackle Jude Bowry.

The 6-foot-5 Bowry projects as a replacement for swing tackle Ryan Van Demark, who left in free agency. The BC captain made 21 starts at left tackle over the past two seasons.

Buffalo opens Day 3 with Trade No. 5

The Bills sent the No. 101 overall selection to the Las Vegas Raiders in exchange for Pick No. 102 and a 2027 seventh-rounder, kicking off Saturday's show.

Bills carry six picks into Saturday's final four rounds

Beane and Co. should be active early and often on Saturday. The Bills are scheduled to make five of the first 68 selections on Day 3.

Buffalo has its choice of any remaining prospect on the board with the first pick in Round 4 (No. 101 overall). The Bills have two subsequent fourth-rounders and a pair of fifth-rounders.

Day 3 Picks — No. 101 (R4), No. 125 (R4), No. 126 (R4), No. 167 (R5), No. 168 (R5), No. 220 (R7)

Buffalo trades up to No. 62 overall for Ohio State CB Davison Igbinosun

The Bills went defense again after trading back up into Round 2.

Buffalo sent the No. 66 overall pick along with a sixth-rounder (No. 182) to the Denver Broncos for the No. 62 overall selection. It ensured that the Bills had access to top Ohio State cornerback Davison Iginosun.

Bills use No. 35 overall selection on Clemson EDGE T.J. Parker

The Bills made their first selection in the 2026 NFL Draft, using the third pick of the second round on a defensive piece for new coordinator Jim Leonhard.

Parker, a standout at the Senior Bowl, was listed as the No. 27 overall prospect by NFL Media's Daniel Jeremiah.

Prime prospects remain available as Bills pick third on Friday

The Bills may still get their guy in Round 2. Multiple prospects who were linked to Buffalo at No. 26 overall remain available.

With the Bills picking third to kick off Friday night's festivities, which begin at 7 p.m. ET on ESPN and NFL Network, Georgia linebacker CJ Allen and Ohio State defensive tackle Kayden McDonald will likely be there. Our Bills On SI Day 2 Mock Draft projects Allen as the No. 35 overall selection.

And Beane does it a third time

The Bills will not make a first-round selection in 2026 as Beane made a third trade to move out of Round 1 entirely.

After two deals, Buffalo held the No. 31 overall selection with Beane apparently keeping his line open. Around 10:55 p.m. ET, it was announced that the Bills and the Tennessee Titans agreed on a three-for-three deal.

While the Bills moved down into Round 2 at No. 35 overall, they moved up three spots in Round 3 (69 to 66) and swapped a fifth-rounder (No. 165) in exchange for the first pick in Round 4 (No. 101).

In 2024, Buffalo moved from No. 28 overall to No. 32 and subsquently to the first pick in Round 2. With the No. 33 overall selection that year, the Bills drafted wide receiver Keon Coleman.

Buffalo trades down again, stays in Round 1

After sliding down two spots to No. 28 overall, the Bills made a deal with the AFC East rival New England Patriots.

Buffalo sent the No. 28 pick to New England in exchange for No. 31 overall and a fourth-rounder (No. 125).

Bills trade down two spots

After the Chicago Bears took Oregon safety Dillon Thieneman at No. 25 overall, the Bills traded first-round picks with the Houston Texans.

Buffalo sent the No. 26 overall selection along with a third-rounder (No. 91 overall) to the Texans for the No. 28 overall selection, an early third-rounder (No. 69) and a fifth-rounder (No. 167).

Sabres win in regulation, allow focus shift to Bills' first-round pick

The Buffalo Sabres wrapped up their Game 3 road victory over the Boston Bruins well before 10 p.m. ET with the Bills' first-round selection still 10 picks away.

In the NHL Stanley Cup Playoffs for the first time in 15 years, the Sabres are currently the hottest story in Western New York sports. Had the game, which was tied at 1-1 going into the third period, needed overtime, then it would have almost definitely overlapped with the Bills' pick.

Bills' top draft needs

Edge rusher, Inside linebacker, Cornerback, Defensive tackle

While Buffalo could use a few depth pieces of offense, the focus of this draft appears to be defense.

With new coordinator Jim Leonhard presiding over a defensive reset, the Bills will seemingly target players who fit the multiple 3-4 scheme.
