The 2026 Minnesota high school boys basketball state tournament continues on Friday at Williams Arena.

Friday features the Class 1A and Class 2A semifinals.

This page will be updated with final scores and recaps of each game throughout the day.

CLASS 1A SEMIFINALS

No. 1 Henning vs. No. 5 Hill-Beaver Creek

Micah Bush led the Patriots with 20 points in an upset over the Hornets in overtime. They traded leads 12 times in the game, but Bush made a layup for the first basket of overtime, and the Patriots never trailed again.

Kale Misegades scored 35 points and grabbed 10 rebounds for Henning.

No. 2 Janesville-Waldorf-Pemberton vs. No. 3 Red Lake County Rebels

Daulton Bauer led JWP to the Class 1A championship with 29 points. He went 8-of-16 from the field and 12-of-14 from the free-throw line. The Bulldogs earned 27 trips to the free-throw line to Red Lake County's seven.

Red Lake County led by 10 in the second half, but JWP chipped away and took a lead just before halftime, and they never trailed after.

Connor Duden led Red Lake County with 15 points.


CLASS 2A SEMIFINALS

No. 1 Goodhue vs. No. 5 Albany

Luke Roschen and Alex Loos powered the Wildcats to victory with 23 and 21 points, respectively. The Wildcats trailed by one point when Roschen grabbed his own offensive rebound after Albany's Griffin Lange blocked his shot. Roschen then drew the foul and hit two free throws to take the lead with 12 seconds remaining.

Albany turned the ball over on the next possession with a bad pass, and Roschen hit one more free throw to seal the win.

Jaxson Austin and Braeden Justin led Albany with 17 points each.

No. 2 Pequot Lakes vs. No. 3 Minnehaha Academy

Minnehaha Academy held Pequot Lakes to 14-of-44 shooting from the field to advance to the championship.

Ayden Green and Kellen Troup each scored 14 points for the Redhawks. Samuel Afagwu led Pequot Lakes with 15 points.
