Murray drew a leadoff walk, Gracia was HBP with one out, and then Becker singled to load the bases. Harris struck out and Tiroly flew out to end the game and send UVA to its third straight loss. Virginia falls to 24-10 and they will head to Notre Dame for a weekend series against the Fighting Irish starting on Friday

A wild pitch scores a run for the Dukes and JMU leads 8-7 heading to the bottom of the 10th

Bottom of the 9th

Becker draws a leadoff walk and after Harris struck out, Tiroly blasted a two-run home run to tie the game 7-7. Jackson came in to pinch hit, but flew out and this game is headed to extra innings.

Scoreless 1-2-3 inning for JMU. UVA trails 7-5 heading to the bottom of the 9th

An RBI single from Weatherspoon cuts the lead to 7-5, but UVA can't add anymore. They trial by two heading to the 9th

A pair of singles got two runners on for JMU and then a pair of RBI singles gave them a 5-4 lead. A one out 2-RBI single pushed the Dukes lead to 7-4. Hartman was replaced by Tyler Kapa, who got the final out and the Cavaliers trailing by seven.

Jayden Stroman came in to replace Zatkowski. He gave up a leadoff walk and after the runner stole second, another walk and wild pitch put runners on the corners with no outs. An RBI groundout gave JMU their first run to cut the lead to 4-1. Noah Yoder replaced Stroman.

After the bases were loaded, Yoder gave up a bases loaded walk to cut the lead to 4-2. UVA then made a third pitching change, bringing in Lucas Hartman. Another bases loaded walk cut the lead to 4-3 and then Hartman struck out the final two batters. UVA leads 4-3 heading to the bottom of the 5th

A walk from Johnson and single from Perrotta put two runners on with one out and then Murray blasted a three run home run to give UVA a 4-0 lead. Virginia could not add anymore and they lead by four heading to the 5th

JMU gets a leadoff double, but no runs across. UVA leads 1-0 heading to the bottom of the 4th

A pair of walks put two runners on with one out, but UVA struck out to end the inning. They lead 1-0 heading to the 4th
