The Ole Miss Rebels have already been a dominant force in the transfer portal over the last few weeks, but according to On3's Pete Nakos, they might not be done yet.

Per Nakos, former Texas A&M wide receiver Evan Stewart - who ranks as the top overall player in the transfer portal - has been mentioned in connection with Ole Miss, alongside USC, Oregon, Florida State, and Tennessee.

"Talking to multiple sources, a range of schools have been mentioned including Florida State, Ole Miss, Oregon, Tennessee and USC," Nakos said of Stewart. "It’s too early to name a favorite, but development remains a key component of where he lands."

He was also the headline player in the Aggies' historic 2022 recruiting class, which ranked No. 1 all-time by multiple recruiting services, and picked the Aggies over Texas, Alabama, and Georgia.

Stewart has played in just eight games this season and has missed two of the last three games for the Aggies, including both of their matchups with Mississippi State and Ole Miss.

On the season Stewart has made 38 catches for 514 yards and four touchdowns - he is second on the team in all three categories.

Ole Miss Lands Massive Christmas Eve Commitment From Walter Nolen

Should Stewart choose Ole Miss, he would become the second former five-star Aggie to pick the Rebels, joining defensive tackle Walter Nolen, who was the top player in the portal before joining the Rebels.

The Rebels have also added corners Decamerion Richardson (Mississippi State) and Tahveon Nicholson (Illinois), safeties Tamarion McDonald (Tennessee), Key Lawrence (Oklahoma) and Louis Moore (Indiana), edges Tyler Barron (Tennessee) and Princely Umanmielen (Florida), receivers Devin Price (FAU) and Antwane "Juice" Wells (South Carolina), linebacker Chris Paul Jr. (Arkansas), and offensive lineman Gerquan Scott (Southern Miss) through the transfer ranks.
