1st Inning: UF Strikes First After Ethan Surowiec's 3-Run Homer. UGA Answers With Two Of Their Own (3-2 UF).

Top: RHP Matt Scott takes the bump for the Dawgs. Kyle Jones will face him first, and he starts the game off by lacing a single into left field. Lawson climbs into the box next, and he takes ball four on a 3-1 count. Surowiec steps into the box next, and he rips a 3-run home run over the left-center wall. Bowen looks in next, and he grounds out to second base. Cyr steps in next, and he strikes out swinging on a 94 mph heater. Kurland's turn at the plate, and he singles up the middle on the first pitch he sees. Stripling is the 7th batter to go to the plate this inning, and he strikes out swinging, which retires the side.

Bottom: RHP Russell Sandefer starts on the mound for the Gators. Tre Phelps will get the bottom of the first started by grounding out to shortstop. Top: Hayden Host will lead off for the Gators, and on the first pitch he sees, he smokes a towering homer just left of the foul pole in right field. Myers is next up, and he strikes out swinging. Jones is back at the plate, and he hits a towering ball down the left field line, and it stays fair for a home run. UGA decides to make a pitching change as #32 RHP Grant Edwards enters the game. Lawson will face him first, and he smokes a 105 mph ground ball to Branch, and is thrown out at first. Surowiec climbs into the box, and on the first pitch he sees he laces a single to right field. 3rd Inning: UF Breaks It Open By Adding 6. UGA Leaves Two On Base (11-5 UF).

Top: Blake Cyr climbs into the box first, and he ropes a single up the middle. Kurland walks in next; Cyr steals second. Kurland proceeds to take ball four after being down 0-2 in the count. UGA decides to change pitchers as LHP #34 Caleb Jameson enters the game. Stripling will face him first, and he rips a 104 mph line drive in the gap, but Ryan Black saves the day by making a Superman catch. Yost is next up, and he blisters a ball past the diving Branch. UGA decides to make another pitching change as RHP #6 Jordan Stephens tries to get out of a bases-loaded jam with one out. Myers will face him first, and with the bases loaded, he takes ball four after being down 0-2 in the count; Cyr scores. Jones is next up, and he gets hit by the first pitch he sees; Kurland scores. 4th Inning: UF Hits Another Homer To Add 2 More. Despite A Leadoff Double, The Dawgs Could Not Add Any Runs (13-5 UF).

Top: Cade Kurland will start the top of the 4th off by ripping a single into right field. Stripling will follow it up by hitting a flyout near foul territory that is eventually caught by third base. Yost steps into the box next, and he blisters his second homer of the day, this time a 2-run homer. Myers climbs in next, and he tries to lay down a bunt, but he lines out to the pitcher. Jones is next up for the Gators, and he barrels a single into center field. Lawson crawls in next, and he flies out to left field.

Bottom: Jordy Oriach will lead off for the Dawgs, and he starts the inning with a double towards the gap in left. Lujo takes a couple of practice hacks, then walks into the box, and he lines out on the first pitch he sees. O'Shaughnessy steps into the box next, and he strikes out swinging. Hudson returns to the plate, and he strikes out looking on three pitches.

5th Inning: UF Goes Scoreless For The First Time Today. UGA Leaves Runners On Second And Third (13-5 UF).

Top: Ethan Surowiec will lead things off for the Gators, and he flies out in foul territory near the Gators dugout. Bowen climbs into the box next, and he lines out to deep center field. Cyr looks in next, and he hits a double that falls in the left-center field gap. Kurland makes his way to the plate, and he grounds out to short.

Bottom: Ryan Black leads off for the third time today, and he takes ball four on a full count. Branch is due here, and he delivers a ground-rule double to left field. Florida decides to change pitchers as LHP #44 Ernesto LugoCanchola enters the game. Henry Allen comes into the game to pitch hit, and he will be the first to face him. Allen proceeds to strike out swinging on a breaking ball. Phelps returns to the plate, and he strikes out on a breaking ball. Jackson looks to come in clutch, but he flies out to right field. *Henry Allen stays in the game to play left field.*

6th Inning: UF Leaves A Pair On Base. UGA Goes Three Up Three Down (13-5 UF).

Top: Landon Stripling will lead off the top of the 6th by hitting a line drive straight to left field for an out. Yost returns to the plate, and he takes ball four on a full count. Myers climbs into the box next, and he lines out to left field. Jones looks in next, and he singles up the middle, and he is 4-4 today. Lawson's turn at the plate, and he flies out to shallow right-center field as Tre Phelps and Ryan Black collide, everyone's ok.

Bottom: Jordy Oriach leads off for the Bulldogs, and he strikes out looking. Lujo steps into the box next, and he flies out to shallow right field, hauled in by the first baseman. Ryan Wynn comes into the game to pitch hit for Michael O'Shaughnessy. Wynn proceeds to ground out to short on the first pitch he sees. *Ryan Wynn stays in the game to play second, Tre Phelps moves to third.*

7th Inning: UF Goes Three And Out For The First Time Today. UGA Leaves The Bases Loaded (13-5 UF).

Top: Ethan Surowiec starts the 7th inning by striking out swinging. Bowen is next at the plate, and he grounds out to shortstop. Cyr makes his way to the plate, and he strikes out looking.

Bottom: Cole Koniarsky comes into the game to pitch hit for Brennan Hudson, and he grounds out to short. Black returns to the plate, and he earns an infield single as he beats the throw. Branch climbs into the box next, and he hits a jam blooper straight to third base. Allen looks in, and he hits a screamer back up the middle for a single. Florida decides to change pitchers to RHP #15 Joshua Whritenour. Phelps will face him first, and he gets hit by the pitch. Jackson steps into the box with the bases loaded, and with two outs, he grounds into a fielder's choice; Phelps is out at second.

8th Inning: UF Goes Three Up Three Down Again. UGA Adds Two Runs On A Two Out Rally (13-7 UF).

Top: RHP #20 Joe Nottingham comes into the game to pitch, Bryce Calloway comes into the game to play first base. Cade Kurland will face Nottingham first, and he grounds out to shortstop. Stripling climbs back into the box, and he flies out down the third base line, and is caught by Phelps. Yost looks in, and he strikes out looking, which is his first time being retired today.

Bottom: Jordy Oriach leads off for the third time today, and he strikes out swinging. Lujo walks into the box next, and he strikes out swinging. Wynn looks in next, and he laces a single up the middle to avoid a three-and-out. Bryce Calloway makes his way to the plate for the first time this series, and he gets hit by the pitch on his hand, which grabs the attention of the health team, but he stays in the game. Black steps into the box, and he comes in clutch by hitting an RBI single to right field; Wynn scores. Branch steps in at the plate, and he hits another ground rule double to left-center field; Calloway scores. Allen walks into the box with Family Tradition playing in the background, and he strikes out swinging.

9th Inning: UF Goes 4 Straight Innings Without A Run. UGA Goes Three And Out (13-7 UF).

Top: New pitcher for UGA as RHP #25 Dylan Wood enters the game. Kolt Myers will face Wood first, and he grounds out to shortstop. Jones returns to the plate, and he has a perfect night as he earns an infield hit (5-5 today). Lawson climbs back in, and he draws ball four. UGA changes pitchers, going to RHP #16 Zach Brown. Surowiec will be the first to face him, and he grounds into a fielder's choice to third; Jones is out at third. Bowen climbs in, and he grounds into a fielder's choice to shortstop; Lawson is out at third, which ends the inning.

Bottom: Tre Phelps leads off for the Dawgs, and he flies out to right field. Jackson lines out to deep right field. Oriach is next up, and he grounds out to first.

Final: Florida 13 Georgia 7.

The Dawgs will return to Foley Field Tuesday against ETSU, first pitch is scheduled to be at 3 p.m.

Yesterday, the Dawgs performed the complete opposite at the plate than they did in the first series. The Bulldogs were able to collect 12 hits in nine innings. Outhitting the gators 12-2. The Dawgs picked up the win yesterday by a score of 5-1.

Dylan Vigue had a great game on the mound; he went 6 innings, and the Florida hitters couldn't figure him out. The Dawgs were able to start better than in the first game. In the first inning of game one, the Bulldogs had two errors, which allowed a precious run to come in. Yesterday, the Dawgs hammered the Gators in the first inning. The Gators went three and out, and the Dawgs struck blood first.

Coach Wes Johnson announced that Matt Scott will get the start for the series finale today. He also mentioned that the bullpen is healthy and he is willing to change pitchers whenever he can, in order to get the series win.

Rylan Lujo has been on a heater recently as he went 3-4 yesterday with an RBI. Also, Jordy Oriach has been playing great recently. He also went 3-4 and had a couple of RBI's. A great sign for the Bulldogs as the whole lineup is getting in on the fun offensively.

Kolby Branch had a great defensive game yesterday. The shortstop had seven putouts on seven opportunities. One of the loudest moments in the game was after Jordy Oriach got a hit, and Ty Peeples came in to pitch-run for him. Rylan Lujo was also on second base. When Florida's pitcher head was down, both runners took off to steal second and third. Foley field erupted, which caused the Florida head coach to come out for a mound meeting. Showing the country that Foley Field is a scary place to play.
